Are you a creative individual who adores both kids and crafts? Look no further! Crafty Bird Arts and Craft Club is seeking talented and dedicated instructors to join our team and run our exciting after school enrichment classes. If you have a genuine love for children and a passion for artistic expression, we want to hear from you!

As an instructor at Crafty Bird, you'll have the opportunity to inspire young minds and nurture their artistic talents. We provide all necessary materials, guided instruction, and comprehensive training to ensure that you have the tools and knowledge to create a captivating learning environment.

Here is what we are looking for in our instructors.

1. Commitment: Willingness to teach 6-week after school classes, dedicating your time and expertise to create an enriching experience for our students.
2. Classroom management: Ability to manage and engage up to 15 elementary-aged kids within a group setting, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning and creativity.
3. Compliance: Possession of a current Arizona IPV Fingerprint Clearance Card or the commitment to obtain one before your work start date, ensuring the safety and security of our students. 
4. Availability: Afternoon availability during the school year, typically from 2:45 pm to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Please note Wednesdays may have an earlier start time, potentially as early as 1:00 pm. 
5. Experience: Prior experience working with children or pursing a career in education is highly valued Your passion for kids and crafts will shine through as you guide them in exploring their artistic potential
6. Storage Responsibility: A designated storage space where you will be responsible for securely storing supplies provided for the duration of the course. At the end of class, all unused materials will be returned.
